At The Larkin Company, we very much value our Clients' trust in us, and therefore have and will always continue to recognize and respect our Clients' and their employees' right to privacy. Information sent to us will be treated with the utmost care; it will be kept strictly confidential. Security measures will be regularly examined and improved to protect all information entrusted to us. Disclosure of any personal information will only be done with the employee's written consent or whenever required by the law.

INFORMATION OBTAINED
We may gather different types of information about our Clients and their employees depending on the type of service we are providing. Information obtained may be of a personal, health or financial nature. It may be obtained via applications and other forms, notifications, census or reports and may be provided through different means, such as by mail, by fax, by email or through electronic file downloads.

INFORMATION HANDLING
We are aware of the importance of privacy and take all necessary precautions to make sure we do not compromise it in any way. Information is only requested for the purpose of handling claims and providing agreed-upon services. It is not requested for our own benefit, sale or public distribution. We make sure that information is stored securely.

INFORMATION SECURITY
We will periodically review and update our physical, electronic and procedural security measures to improve our security and to comply with the law. We will notify any client immediately should there be a breach in security resulting in information being compromised.
